Agenda, LLC Global HQ

Albuquerque, NM

The mixed-use redevelopment of this site and restoration of the historic Lemke warehouse in Albuquerque’s Wells Park neighborhood is an exciting example of urban renewal and reuse. Originally built in the 1920’s, the techniques used to create these buildings were commonplace at the time, but today serve as examples of the craftmanship of the era. The original barrel ceilings, steel structure and brickwork are especially interesting and great lengths have been taken to preserve the aesthetic while bringing the building up to modern standards. This property has also received support from the City of Albuquerque which approved a $5m Industrial Revenue Bond and a 30-year property tax abatement.
